3D CAD service is applicable to all steps of design and industrialization process, from prototype to mass production, according to customer request.

With our knowledge and experience, we can operate in full authonomy or support the customer technicians, sharing in any case the project status step by step.

Fully open minded to a wide product range, UTP has a consolidated experience on design and engineering of  the following products:

• Special transfer machines with sliding/rotating table;
• Complex tooling systems and special mass production machines;
•  Special tools for NC machines and machining center;
• Generic tooling for machining of mass production parts (special mandrels, multiple head, drilling tools, milling tool etc..);
• Special assembly jigs;
• Special calipers and control systems;
• Project development and realization of constructive drawings.

UTP is able to follow the complete project development from conceptual stage, including fast prototyping and 3D printing (in house facility).

On tools, machines and production lines we can offer a complete development service including product realization and quality certification in collaboration with consolidated partners.

We can offer structural analysis and fatigue calculation services, in collaboration with associated engineering partners, on both metallic and composite material structures. Simulation capabilites are the following:

• Static linear and non-linear analysis.
• Dinamic and vibration analysis.
• Fatigue analysis: safe life, vibration fatigue, damage tolerance crack growth, multiple loads etc…
• Thermal analysis.
